Description
This dainty lampwork heart shaped necklace has been created in my home studio with Italian glass, wrapped with fine silver wire which has been melted in and then annealed to ensure that it strengthened for many years of wear. It has then been hung on sterling silver findings on a delicate 925 sterling silver chain.
The lampwork bead pendant measures 35 mm in height and 15 mm in diameter, the overall length of the necklace is 46cm (or 18 inches).
Care instructions: Whilst each piece goes through an annealing process to strengthen the glass, do take care not to drop them. The piece is best cleaned with warm soapy water and a polishing cloth however commercial silver dips can be used.
NB. Glass is notoriously difficult to photograph, most pieces appear more vibrant and full of life to what the camera can capture, whilst every effort is made to take a true photograph there may be minor differences.
