SHIPPING POLICY

Within Australia:

Prompt shipment of your item is always adhered too, however I am at the mercy of the postal system so please allow 7-14 working days for delivery (however under normal circumstances it should be alot quicker).

Shipping prices given include regular postage and express rates, I only charge what the post office charges me, if I am able to ship your item at a lower price I will refund your PayPal account with the difference. All items will be packaged carefully.

Given the nature of the products we highly recommend that you purchase Signature On Delivery, we can not be held responsible for missing or stolen goods which do not have this option.  However if you do select this and things go awry, it gives us the option of lodging a claim with Australia Post.

I include a copy of your receipt so if this is a gift please advise me at time of purchase so this won’t be included.

International Customers:

International items will be sent via Airmail so please allow 14-21 working days for your items to arrive, please note that occasionally items may end up in customs and I have had them take longer (for example 6 weeks in one particular case).

To understand Australia Post’s options here is a breakdown on the different shipping services:

Australia Post Economy Air – No tracking. Signature on delivery is available for $5.49 however you will need to write this in your order notes and a payment invoice will be sent via PayPal.

Australia Post Standard International – Includes tracking only.  Signature on delivery is available for $5.49 however you will need to write this in your order notes and a payment invoice will be sent via PayPal.

Australia Post Express International – Includes tracking, signature on delivery & SMS tracking notifications, no extra cover for loss / damage.

All import charges and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, it’s the law and we must keep the customs officials happy.

I’m happy to provide a copy of your postage receipt upon request to assist with peace of mind., if you require quicker shipping please contact me so I may give you other postage options. Combined shipping is available.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Combined shipping is available. Normally your cart will automatically calculate this for you however if you are over charged you will be refunded.  Shipping is expensive enough as it is without adding to it.  Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions.

RETURNS POLICY

All items have been made with the utmost of care to ensure that they are made to be durable.

This means all glass items go through a process which is called annealing. This is heating the glass for a specific length of time at a certain temperature in order to stabilise the molecules. In every day terms this reduces the chance that the glass will crack or break. However, glass is glass, to avoid damage to your jewellery, please take care not to drop it for obvious reasons. I can not be responsible if you mistreat your jewellery.

If by some freakish accident there’s a problem, TALK TO ME! I’m only human and like my buyers to be happy with what they purchase. I do however request that if you have any grievances please raise them within 7 days of receiving your item.

Outside this time frame, please contact me for an individual assessment on the item. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence.

Returns due to changes in mind will only be offered as an exchange for an equally priced product or store credit and shipping costs will be at the responsibility of the buyer and no credits will be made on the original postage.

Earrings are not able to be returned due to hygiene reasons. This is standard practice of most stores.
