Wrap Me Up

This gorgeous one of a kind lampwork necklace has been entirely made by me. The dichroic glass has been fused and annealed in my kiln and then the glass has been carefully wire wrapped with sterling silver wire and the bail embellished with sterling silver beads.

Then they have been strung on a silk necklace with small 925 sterling silver hook clasp.

The beads measure 60 mm in height and 22 mm in diameter, the overall length of the necklace is 40 cm (or 16 inches) suited for slender necks as a choker style necklace.

Care instructions: Whilst each piece goes through an annealing process to strengthen the glass, do take care not to drop them. The silver and clasp are best cleaned with a polishing cloth and the silk wiped over with warm soapy water.
