Veins Of Vanity

This layered pendant was created from multiple layers of glass and is truly spectacular to behold. The veins of metallic green and orange weave their way throughout the glass and with the capped edges it looks like little valleys or ripples of dusty pinks. Carefully shaped with a grinder this piece is definitely bound to get some comments.

This is a one of a kind, hand-crafted piece of annealed glass which has been carefully layered, shaped and fired several times in my digital kiln. Includes a silver-plated bail and either a silver plated snake chain (in 16″, 18″ or 20″) OR an organza necklace and comes gift boxed to you.

The actual glass measures 45mm across at widest point & is 46mm long.

Care instructions: Whilst each piece goes through an annealing process to strengthen the glass, do take care not to drop them. The silver plated bail is easily cleaned with a polishing cloth and recommended that you wipe over the metal after wear to stop tarnishing.

NB. Glass is notoriously difficult to photograph, most pieces appear more vibrant and full of life to what the camera can capture, whilst every effort is made to take a true photograph there may be minor differences.
