Electrolite

This lovely dichroic fused glass pendant has been entirely made by me in my home studio. Created from several layers of glass, ground to shape and then refired and then lastly topped with a 22k gold Celtic knot which has been permanently fused into the glass. The glass is a electric green and blue and reminds me of beetle wings. NB. there is a minor imperfection in the gold decal where it has not melted to the glass in the fusing process however is not overly noticeable.

This piece comes with either an organza ribbon OR a gold plated snake chain as shown.

The actual glass measures 36mm across at widest point & is 36mm long. Care instructions: Whilst each piece goes through an annealing process to strengthen the glass, do take care not to drop them. The gold plated bail has been coated with a resin coating to preserve the plating. The piece is best cleaned by washing in warm soapy water gently.
